Machining starts with the cutting of the material. This is followed by
various accurately performed procedures, namely milling, drilling,
boring, grinding, burring and lastly, final
inspection.
These blocks ara also tested, washed, oiled and
packaged.
Where so requested by the customer at the time of the offer, various treatments
can be carried out, such as phosphating and nickel-plating.
Once
provided with the hydraulic diagram, assembly drawing and relevant specifications, we can supply the
components, carry out assembly and perform testing asthe
customers’s requirements.
Our hydraulic blocks (or manifold) in bulk or assembled and
tested are specifically requested in the press sector, in plastic, rubber and
steel industry.
